The Lady Ho Tung Welfare Centre has been transformed into the Sik Sik Yuen Lady Ho Tung Welfare Centre Eco-Learn Institute under the Revitalising Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme.  This project preserves the architectural heritage of the Grade II historic building, which features pitched tile roofs, timber-framed windows, and intricate brickwork, while adapting the site to serve as an ecological education hub.  The revitalized facility provides eco-learning spaces, including exhibition halls, activity rooms, and landscaped gardens, blending indoor and outdoor environments.  Sustainability is a core focus, with rainwater harvesting systems, energy-efficient features, and green landscaping integrated into the design.  Programs and workshops are offered to engage visitors in biodiversity, conservation, and rural ecology.  The project represents a harmonious integration of heritage preservation and modern functionality, providing a vibrant space where education, community, and sustainability come together.
