The revitalization of the Old Dairy Farm Senior Staff Quarters into “The Pokfulam Farm” successfully preserves history while meeting contemporary needs. Supported by the Revitalising Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme, the project restores three classical buildings, maintaining their timeless character while introducing modern amenities. The restored buildings now house heritage interpretation spaces, a multipurpose room, and activity zones, creating a space for education and engagement. An additional structure was sensitively designed to complement the original buildings, featuring a café, baby care room, and other facilities to improve accessibility and usability. The project seamlessly integrates historical preservation with contemporary functionality, striking a balance between the past and present. It invites the public to explore its rich heritage while enjoying modern conveniences, making it a dynamic cultural and educational destination.
